Revisit with Video:
If you have multiple apps open in multiple spaces you can display all spaces and hit F9 (or whatever key you have mapped for expose) and you will get a display of every window open in every space. Since it’s easier to see than to read here is a video of it in action: link to video

If you have multiple spaces populated with various windows you can highlight one space (in the full screen spaces view) and press the “c” button (I guess for collapse or combine)this will send all open app windows to the highlighted space. I found this to be very handy!
