So you may already know this but I stumbled on this by accident.  Anyway if you want to switch between windows in the same program (documents in Pages for example) then you can hold the command key and hit the `~ key (the one above the tab) and that will change the window but not the program.  I find it very helpful.

If you have multiple spaces populated with various windows you can highlight one space (in the full screen spaces view) and press the “c” button (I guess for collapse or combine)this will send all open app windows to the highlighted space.  I found this to be very handy!
