Not really Leopard specific, I’ve been using this for some time now. It’s cool so it’s worth a mention.
My wife and I like to share our calendars, we don’t have .mac accounts, but we do have a web server to host sites on. phpicalendar is a nifty package that lets you sync your iCal with other users. It also makes your calendar available on the web for web viewing. Pretty cool.

How does this keep your calendars in sync? How can two people edit the same calendar in ical and publish changes as well? As of right now, I only see the ability to share calendars and subscribe, but not truly sync.

quite right, the “other user” cannot edit your calendar, nor can you make changes to calendars via the web interface (read only)
Basically I have a calendar setup for myself, and one for my wife, we just update our own calendars and the other can see/view the changes, etc. I guess it’s not true syncing as such. Much more of a subscribe/share utility than anything else!
Well pointed out, cheers
