		<description>Lol the top one is not too new, on my old 0S9 I used to have it had that feature, I used to find it annoying because when I went to chuck out random apps that I didn&#039;t need that came with the system they were always locked.  For that reason they sat in my trash for years because I never bothered to figure out how to unlock things lol...

Now I see the use in it!  I&#039;m using Tiger on my 2007 iMac, I think I am going to upgrade to Snow Leopard sometime soon...!

By the way I like the second one =)</description>
