		<description>Isak:  Try Apple/Command + UP on the highlighted file/folder to go up (back) a folder and Apple/Command + DOWN to open the highlighted file/folder in Finder.  This is what I use to navigate Finder and it has been pretty fast for me.  Hope it helps!</description>
