About

If you look through the archives, there are hundreds of posts, and thousands of comments. Back when Leopard was first released, this site was booming with visitors and fresh information. It’s getting quite tired and tips and tricks are wearing thin. Users contribute to the site on their own steam. Perhaps you could submit some tricks of your own rather than bitch about lack of updates.

Option-click some of those menu bar items…

Pretty cool, I ‘option-clicked’ my battery indicator today and it shows me the “condition”. I like it!

New Screen Capture / Grab Filenames

well it’s quite useful for me. I’m always taking screen caps and putting them in a blog, or forum. Helps to know which screen shot (by date/time) is which.

Agree it would be wild if the filename included the app which was screen cap’d!

New releases at MacWorld and keynote download

are you sure they aren’t coming through? what is the last post? Could it be that the site hasn’t been updated since Feb 17?

Get Widget

if you browse the site in your iPhone it should be iPhone-themed. You can save the link to your dashboard and access it directly.. there is no actual leopardtricks app for iPhone

Leopard Spaces tricks

I’m sure there’s an option in the preferences under keyboard for this…

Apple releases Leopard 10.5.4 update

Hold the power button down until the machine turn’s off. :)

Submit a Trick

Nate, did you post your comment in the wrong section/post?

I think your referring to the “snow leopard” post? The information in that post was pulled directly from Apple’s web site. (as noted when you read the entire post). Maybe you could send your concern’s to Apple regarding their claims?

Cheers

Tabs in Safari and firefox

I’ve not tried Omniweb myself… speaking of web browsers, has anyone tried “Flock”? I’ve noticed the adverts for it all over the place, so thought I’d give it a try, it’s pretty good if your into social networking sites like facebook, or media sites like youtube and flickr… not bad at all!
